What is your return policy?
    • We hope that you will love your piece of Lucky Twin jewelry and your satisfaction is most important to us, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days after the date of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product
        • We accept returns on all items excluding Sale items
        • We also accept returns or refunds on Sale items when they are damaged or faulty
            • Please email us at if you would like to return your item and we will send you a return address. Include in your email all necessary information, including your order number, item numbers or descriptions and reason for return
                • All goods are returned to Lucky Twin at your own expense except in the case of receiving a faulty item


                  How do I pack my return?
                    • All products must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via a registered delivery service and in protective packaging. We are not liable for any goods returned to us lost or damaged in transit.
                              How long will it take to process?
                                • Once we have received your return, we will check the item’s condition and once approved will process the refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
                                    • We process a refund within 7 working days of receipt of your return.


                                      What if my order is faulty or damaged?
                                        • If something happens to break within a few days of wearing it or it is broken upon receiving your shipment, we will be more than happy to fix it for you free of charge.
                                            • Please email us at within 7 days of receiving it giving us your name, address, your order number and photos of any damage. We must have photographic evidence to process any claims and we will refund any postage costs to you.
